Steam florets in a strainer over top of a pot of water (unless you have a veggie steamer). Sprinkle chives and rosemary and coarse salt while steaming. Use a food processor to puree broccoli with butter and provolone; set aside. If your chicken is too thick slice in half to make thinner. Spread honey jalapeno glaze on both sides and let sit about 10 minutes or until ready for use. Spread broccoli mix on top of chicken and slowly roll up. Bake in oven at 375 degrees about 30 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Roll out crescents, take 2 at a time to wrap around chicken, unless you have smaller pieces of chicken. If using 2 mesh together at seams so it doesn't just come apart. Spread more broccoli mix onto the pastry, then wrap crescent around the chicken and where the ends meet goes on the bottom. Drizzle just a little bit of melted butter on top of the pastry. Bake at 375 degrees for about 16-20 minutes until golden brown. | Need: 2 broccoli stalks Dried chives Rosemary Leaf Coarse salt 2lbs. boneless chicken 2-2 1/2tbs. butter 2-3 slices provolone honey jalapeno glaze 1 pkg crescent rolls |
