Heat 2tbs oil in skillet on medium high; add potatoes to hot oil. Stir occasionally. Season with parsley and seasoned salt. Just let it slightly brown most of your potatoes. They should be slightly tender. You can brown them more than I did for a stronger taste. Remove potatoes to a pan you have a lid for. Over medium low heat add 1/2tbs. oil and about 1tbs. water; cover. Check and stir kinda often you don't want to over cook and turn it to mush. (Really here you are steaming the potatoes to finish them off, don't want to lose that flavor in the water.) Combine potatoes and onion and let cool. Add in celer, green onion, pickles, and egg. Fold into potatoes gently. Add a little mustard and slowly add in mayo as to not add too much. Refrigerate and Enjoy! Combine ground beef, parsley, salt, chinese 5 spice, about 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup thousand Island, and bread crumbs; combine well. Make into patties and either cook on the grill or fry up in a skillet. Top with cheese and allow to melt. Serve on a bun with bacon. Enjoy!! | Need: Potatoes (cubed) 3 Eggs (hard boiled and sliced) 2medium or 1 large onion (halved and sliced) Celery (sliced thin) Parsley Seasoned Salt Mayo/ Miracle Whip Mustard Green onion (sliced thin) Sweet Pickles (diced or sliced thin) While your potatoes are cooking you can work on your caramelized onions. Slowly cook your slivered onions in 1-2tbs olive oil; season with 1/4tsp salt and 1/4 tsp sugar (just to help the process along). Cooking stirring occasionally until golden brown.
