2 Lamb Chops 1/2tsp Tuscan (McCormick) 1/8tsp Sea Salt 1/4tsp Thyme 1/2tbs Olive Oil 2tsp sherry 1 1/4 tbs water 6 Corn Cobb 1c. Butter 1/4c Sugar | Sprinkle your seasonings over both sides of the lamb chops. Let it sit for a minute while you heat your pot. Make sure you're cooking these in a pot and not a pan. You want to turn the heat up to med-high. When ready add the olive oil and lamb chops cook for about 3 minutes per side just to sear the meat. Remove the lamb and turn the heat down to a little less medium low. Add in the sherry and water. Add the lamb back into the pan and cover cooking for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. For the corn when you have the corn cleaned up add enough water to the pot to cover the corn then add in butter and sugar. Let cook as normal until it becomes nice and fragrant. Best way to know when corn is done is when you can smell it. |
