Need: 1 green pepper 1/2 yellow pepper 1/2 red pepper 1/2 red onion 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt 1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon powder Roughly chop peppers and cut onion into rounds and then into quarters. Use the pan you cooked your ribs in add a little oil. Add in all ingredients, and cook until tender. When ribs are ready plate on top of the pepper mixture. ENJOY! | Need: 4-5 country style ribs (3-4lbs) Paprika Garlic Powder Chinese 5 Spice Heat skillet to medium high; add 1tbs. EVOO. Season up ribs with paprika, garlic powder, and chinese spice. Cook both sides about 6-7 minutes per side. Preheat oven to 375. Cook about an hour flipping after about 30 minutes. Glaze with teriyaki sauce every 10-15 minutes. I injected some sauce into my ribs as well, but this is not necessary, but makes it extra delicious. If you inject your meat do it in the beginning before you stick it into the oven. Teriyaki Sauce: 1/2-1c. soy sauce 3-4tbs. sugar 1tsp. honey 1/2tbs. parsley 1tsp. ginger 1/2tsp. garlic 1tbs. Rock-n-rye (optional) |
