Need: 12oz can roasted red peppers (roughly chopped) 1/2 tbs parsley Pinch oregano 1/4tsp paprika 1/2 tbs flour 1tsp. garlic powder 2tsp onion powder pinch brown sugar | Add chopped red peppers with juices, parsley, oregano, paprika, and flour; mix well. Boil for 4 minutes and reduce to medium low stirring occasionally about 5 minutes. Mix in remaining and cook another 3 minutes. Use it to top off some spaghetti noodles for a side dish to some steaks or chicken. |

I used a box of Chicken helper but instead of chicken I used pork. I cubed up the pork and seasoned it with garlic powder and lemon pepper. I cooked it up in a pan with EVOO.
