What you need Ribs: 2tbs. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp sea salt 1tbs lemon pepper Pasta: 1/2 tbs Onion powder 1/2 tbs garlic powder 1/2 tbs. basil 1/4 tbs Italian seasoning 1 can tomato soup | Mix up all your seasonings for the ribs and sprinkle on both sides of the meat. Let that sit for a few minutes while you get your pan ready. Make sure its one that has a lid. Add just enough water to cover the bottom. I set the heat a med/low. Let your pan get hot when it's ready add your ribs and cover. Let them cook for about and hour to and hour and a half. You want to see some of that meat wanting to come off the bone. After that time if there is too much water in the bottom try to just pour a little out. Some water doesn't matter, you just don't want too much. Whatever your bbq choice is I used a honey and hickory mix. Pour it all over the top. You want to let them cook for another 30- 45 minutes. Flip the ribs over half way through and add more bbq. | When you've added in your bbq start working on getting the water ready for your noodles. When they are cooked and drained, add in your tomato soup and seasonings. Mix well. If you like it as is this is just fine, but what I did just to tie it in a bit more with my bbq ribs is I added maybe about 3 tbs of the bbq from the pan into my noodles. They turned out great! |
