Homemade meatballs are so simple and easy to do. I never use frozen. I used 2lbs. ground beef this time. I made one try of big and a tray of small. I used chopped onion, garlic powder, pepper, sea salt, McCormick Perfect Pinch Tuscan, and some grated Parmesan. I don't really measure really I just add in what looks to be a good mix with the amount of meat I have. I cook them in the oven at 350, until they are browned. Meanwhile I add 2-3 cans of tomato soup in a pan. Add a can of diced tomatoes along with some chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. When it comes to adding spices do less then what you think it needs because you can always add more but you can't take it back. Cook on low. When the meatballs are ready add them into the sauce. Cover and simmer for 1-2 hours so that sauce can penetrate the meatball. Serve over your choice of noodle. I used Mostaccioli. |

I seasoned it up with some diced onions, pepper, sea salt, Applewood Rub, and a small amount of paprika. When it is all cooked; drain. Add enough ketchup so all meat is covered nicely but its not runny. Then add the bbq of your choice. I went with a honey bbq because its my favorite. Let it cook up and thicken up a bit. Add shredded cheese to the bottom on a hot dog bun, add some of the meat in and top with cheese and diced onion. This is your new blog post. Then I topped that with some cheesecake filling. I filled the crust about half way maybe a little more. I then sprinkled cinnamon on top. In a microwave safe bowl I sliced up strawberries, added about a tablespoon of sugar and chocolate chips. I microwaved it covered in 30 second intervals stirring in between. I let it cool a bit, then added some cheesecake filling. Then topped the pie with it. I made my own whip cream with heavy whipping cream, sugar and cinnamon. Let it sit in the fridge to cool and thicken up. I used a box of Chicken helper but instead of chicken I used pork. I cubed up the pork and seasoned it with garlic powder and lemon pepper. I cooked it up in a pan with EVOO. Then cooked it according to the box. This is your new blog post. Click here and start typing, or drag in elements from the top bar.
I just love making steak a medium rare steak is one of the most delicious things there is to eat. My fiance rather enjoys them too. I just love to experiment with seasonings. With this one I used my normal garlic, onion, seasoned salt, pepper, and Chicago steak seasoning. I then wrapped it in plastic and used my mallet to tenderize the meat a bit. I made some mashed potatoes with it and sauteed up some spinach . I found it is an amazing replacement on potatoes for butter. I sauteed them in some EVOO and salt and pepper. I started with some frozen corn added some butter and honey to it and the some seasonings. I let it cook up then I put it in a food processor. I put it back in the pan and added a small amount of milk and cornstarch so it was like a paste. While the corn was still cooking I started my steaks. Use seasonings of your own choice. I wanted a spicy so I went with Spicy Montreal. While my steaks were resting I cooked up some 3 Cheese garlic bread. When my steaks were ready I sliced them up thin. I spread and even layer of the corn mix on each piece of garlic bread. I took 2-3 slices of steak per piece of bread. Add some spinach in the middle and your good to go. This was a hit with my fiance. The dinner I made my family for Easter dinner When it comes to ham i prefer the non spiral. A spiral ham dries out easy in the oven. I made up a mix in my injector with equal parts Maple Syrup and Honey. I just picked random spots around the ham to inject. Because my needed to cook for 3 hours. I put it in the oven for 2 hours covered (taking it out every 30 minutes to baste with juice in pan). I made a glaze about 10 minutes before it was ready. I mixed equal parts honey and maple syrup, 2 tbs brown sugar and 2tbs water. Simmer on low in pan. When your ham is ready to be uncovered pour half the glaze on top. I had and hour left so I put it in for 30 minutes, then poured the remaining glaze and finished cooking. It came out very moist. For my next dish I kinda just threw it together. Its filled jumbo shells. I used 3 kinds of onions, mashed potatoes, bacon, cheese, and cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom). My family seemed to enjoy it. Heat your pan to medium add butter, red onion, green onion, and regular white onion, season with salt and pepper and a small amount of garlic powder. Cook until desired doneness. Add little more than half the mix into some mashed potatoes (I just used the ones I had for dinner, make a judgement on how man noodles you have to how much potatoes you'll need.) Chop up some bacon. I like to use a bit more bacon. You want to cook it up nice and crispy. When its already add to potatoes. If you have enough bacon add some into the next step. Open your can of soup (either cream of chickenor mushroom all on preference). I used cream of chicken, my fiance isn't a big fan of mushrooms. Whatever pan your using to cook them in spoon some soup out to just cover the bottom take half the onions you have left and mix them in. Fill your noodles with the potato mix and set them in your pan. When your all done add enough soup on top to cover the noodles. Sprinkle onion on top and if you have enough bacon add it on top also. Cover and cook on 350 for about 10-13 minutes. Uncover add your choice of shreddedcheese. I used cheddar. Cook another 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Tonight is a special night for me, my boyfriend is taking me to dinner to celebrate 6 long years. I will be adding a new recipe tomorrow. I am excited to have you here with me along this journey in my life. I love to cook and I can't find a school close to me. If you readers out there have any tips for me I'm open to suggestions. I know the basics to cooking and I know what tastes good, but would love to learn from someone who knows more.
