This is your new blog post. Click here and start typing, or drag in elements from the top bar. For this I used a ready made graham cracker crust. I started by covering the bottom of the crust with mini chocolate chips. Then I topped that with some cheesecake filling. I filled the crust about half way maybe a little more. I then sprinkled cinnamon on top. In a microwave safe bowl I sliced up strawberries, added about a tablespoon of sugar and chocolate chips. I microwaved it covered in 30 second intervals stirring in between. I let it cool a bit, then added some cheesecake filling. Then topped the pie with it. I made my own whip cream with heavy whipping cream, sugar and cinnamon. Let it sit in the fridge to cool and thicken up.
