I just kinda threw this together one night. It turned out pretty good. I cooked up some sausage and added in sliced rounds of asparagus. I seasoned it with onion powder and pepper. I had some very thinly sliced pork chops so I used them for this. I seasoned them with sea salt, garlic powder and Tuscan seasoning. I used a loaf pan and covered the bottom with a thin layer of sausage mix, added lasagna noodles on top of that then enough pork chops to cover the noodles and repeat until all gone. I covered the top with Mozzarella and covered the pan with foil. I cooked about 45 minutes on 350 degrees. |
