The dinner I made my family for Easter dinner When it comes to ham i prefer the non spiral. A spiral ham dries out easy in the oven. I made up a mix in my injector with equal parts Maple Syrup and Honey. I just picked random spots around the ham to inject. Because my needed to cook for 3 hours. I put it in the oven for 2 hours covered (taking it out every 30 minutes to baste with juice in pan). I made a glaze about 10 minutes before it was ready. I mixed equal parts honey and maple syrup, 2 tbs brown sugar and 2tbs water. Simmer on low in pan. When your ham is ready to be uncovered pour half the glaze on top. I had and hour left so I put it in for 30 minutes, then poured the remaining glaze and finished cooking. It came out very moist. For my next dish I kinda just threw it together. Its filled jumbo shells. I used 3 kinds of onions, mashed potatoes, bacon, cheese, and cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom). My family seemed to enjoy it. Heat your pan to medium add butter, red onion, green onion, and regular white onion, season with salt and pepper and a small amount of garlic powder. Cook until desired doneness. Add little more than half the mix into some mashed potatoes (I just used the ones I had for dinner, make a judgement on how man noodles you have to how much potatoes you'll need.) Chop up some bacon. I like to use a bit more bacon. You want to cook it up nice and crispy. When its already add to potatoes. If you have enough bacon add some into the next step. Open your can of soup (either cream of chickenor mushroom all on preference). I used cream of chicken, my fiance isn't a big fan of mushrooms. Whatever pan your using to cook them in spoon some soup out to just cover the bottom take half the onions you have left and mix them in. Fill your noodles with the potato mix and set them in your pan. When your all done add enough soup on top to cover the noodles. Sprinkle onion on top and if you have enough bacon add it on top also. Cover and cook on 350 for about 10-13 minutes. Uncover add your choice of shreddedcheese. I used cheddar. Cook another 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
