This is your new blog post. Click here and start typing, or drag in elements from the top bar. For this dish I wanted to do something different. I wanted to mix sweet with spicy in a sandwich. I started with some frozen corn added some butter and honey to it and the some seasonings. I let it cook up then I put it in a food processor. I put it back in the pan and added a small amount of milk and cornstarch so it was like a paste. While the corn was still cooking I started my steaks. Use seasonings of your own choice. I wanted a spicy so I went with Spicy Montreal. While my steaks were resting I cooked up some 3 Cheese garlic bread. When my steaks were ready I sliced them up thin. I spread and even layer of the corn mix on each piece of garlic bread. I took 2-3 slices of steak per piece of bread. Add some spinach in the middle and your good to go. This was a hit with my fiance.
