One of my favorite dishes is Alfredo. It isn't too hard to make either, but it does take patience because you want to cook the sauce on med low so you don't burn the cheese. You use heavy whipping cream and fresh Parmesan (grated). You just stir until the cheese is melted. I like to add a little bit of paprika and salt and pepper to taste. I sliced up a Denver steak nice and thin and fried it up in a pan in EVOO and seasoned with Pepper, garlic powder, and a small amount of cayenne. Cook up some angel hair pasta while your sauce is cooking. When ready combine all together and you have a delicious Steak Alfredo. |
