Who doesn't love ribs? Virtually no one you can't go wrong with ribs. I used Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Smokey Mesquite rub. I seasoned up my ribs and let them sit in the fridge for about and hour, then I preheated my oven and got them going. The cooked for about 3- 4 hours total. I used a bbq sauce I made by mixing the last of a couple bottles I had. When the ribs were ready I smothered them with the sauce I made and let them cook for about an hour more. I made up some homemade mac n cheese with it. When your noodles are cooked. Melt down a cheese of your choice with a small amount of milk and butter and once its all melted pour over your noodles and stir. I like to use a couple cheese when I make mine. I usually use as a base american, and then add some cheddar and mozzarella or some colby and swiss. Or some of whatever is in my fridge. |
