Old Bay seasoning 3tbs Onion powder 1 1/2tbs Garlic Powder 1tbs Season Salt 1/2tbs Pepper 1/2tbs Flour 1 1/2 cups Roast 1/2lb Mix all your seasonings into your flour. Set aside. Cut your roast up into thin strips, if the strips are too big they will fold over in your batter and then when they cook They will stay that way. When you have them all cut up take your 2 eggs and scramble them in a bowl. Take a piece of your roast and coat with egg first letting any extra drip off and then into the four once again letting any excess flour to drop off. Add into hot oil about 350 degrees. Cook about 7 minutes until golden brown. These turned out great. By the end of the night there wasn't much left and this was not the only bowl of them. I personally have been trying to stay away from the fried foods, but my family does love them. |
