If there's one thing I love to do with my meats is marinating and to preseason my meats. It makes things a lot more simple on those days you've been running around doing errands, cleaning the house, working all day, and such things. I have 2 kids and I have nights where I don't have much time to work on dinner, so I don't. I always keep ready to go meats handy in my freezer. You can use any kind of marinate or seasonings you like. I like using Italian dressing on steaks and chicken. I also really like to preseason a roast so when it thaws all I have to do is throw it in the pan and pop it in the oven or put it in the slow cooker. If you wanted you could even cut up the veggies you want to put in your roast and seal that in the bag in the freezer also for an even simpler dinner. I have a vacuum sealer but you can use your regular freezer bags for it also. Here is some pictures of some of the meats I have marinated or pre-seasoned.
