Start off by combining the cream cheese and a little more than 2/3 the shredded mozzarella, when well combined add about a half cup parmesan. Add in oregano, parsley, basil and a little bit of garlic powder. Mix until well combined. When ready spray small pan with nonstick cooking spray; add in cream cheese mix in spoonfuls and press it down into the pan until it covers the bottom of the pan. Mince up a handful of pepperoni and spread across the cream cheese. | Need: 8oz. Cream cheese, softened 1lb. Mozzarella Parmesan cheese Garlic Powder Oregano Parsley Basil Pepperoni 14oz. Pizza sauce bread crumbs Green onion Green pepper Pour the pizza sauce on top of the pepperoni and spread evenly. Take the remaining mozzarella and mix with about 1/4 cup bread crumbs, some mozzarella and all the seasonings you used in the cream cheese. Cover the top of the sauce in cheese evenly. Bake in the oven on 375 degrees until lightly browned on top. While that is cooking mince up some green onion and green pepper; set aside. When you dip is ready, add the green mix on top, if you want the football field look take some strips of mozzarella and lay them across the top and throw back in the oven to melt. Even if your not doing to football field you can throw the dip back into the oven for about 3-5 minutes. Now it's ready to be served with sesame seed bread sticks or your choice of cracker or chip.
