You can use this on any steak, chops or even chicken. Lightly coat your meat with Olive Oil then use your seasonings of your choice. Loosely wrap with plastic wrap. Let sit 15- 30 minutes. Using a meat mallet tenderize you meat like you normally would. It really helps to get the spices into the meat and makes for a tastier meat. |
