Get steaks of your choice I used NY Strips. I seasoned them up with some onion and garlic powder and some Chicago Steak seasoning. Heat your pan to med/high. Sear both sides about 3 minutes. Remove from pan and let sit 4 minutes until slightly cooled. Depending on how big your steaks are take 1-2 slices bacon each. I used 2 on each on mine. Wrap the bacon around the steaks and secure on ends with toothpicks. Reheat your pan to med heat. Add steaks and cook up bacon. Keep in pan depending on you're preference of doneness.
